Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. was founded in 1911 at Howard University, making it the first international fraternity established on the campus of a historically Black college. Guided by its Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift, the organization has spent more than a century developing leaders and strengthening communities around the world.
